On Tuesday night, the JV and Varsity boys' basketball teams had their first roadtrip of the season to Kenston Forest.  Opening the night was the JV boys and they did not disappoint.  It was their first game of the season and they picked up the double digit win 38-27 over the Kavaliers.

The Varsity boys then hit the court and picked up right where the JV boys left off.  It was quite the physical game between the Gators and the Kavaliers, but the Gators prevailed with a 78-62 victory (1-1).  The Gators were led by Kris Norman with 29 points, 6 rebounds, and 4 steals, JT Inskeep with 20 points and 8 rebounds, and Luke Bussel with his second double-double of the season with 12pts and 10 rebounds.

The Varsity boys opened their season last Friday against Tallwood High School dropping a tough battle 66-80.  Norman had 32 points and Luke Bussel had a double-double with 12 points and 18 rebounds.

The Gators are looking forward to a competitive season under new head coach, Rodney Harmon.  We look forward to seeing all you Gator Fans fill the stands this Winter!

Go Gators!
